As far as Nasdaq you must not have listened to the last conference call or looked at the posts made here the night of the call. Maybe a good idea to start there. CEO stated on last earnings call they are uplisting to Nasdaq.
Again, I have been in many RS that have been done to uplist to major exchanges, not to dilute shares, especially when you are cash rich and are looking for large institutional investors, not penny playas. The OS is updated almost daily at OTC markets, we will be able to see where the OS goes from here.
