You could make the argument that the OS being greater than 1 billion is a deterrent, but that’s about it. Majority of OS is held by Bob Silver, Russ Sinacori, management, insiders, and are mostly restricted stock.

Regarding share structure, the only # that matters is the float. With a float likely less than 100M, CAVR is in great position for a move north

What REALLY is impeding the PPS move is volume, or the lack thereof
