Perspective.

Not at all. It does involve converting acreage and kilometers. And no, I'm going to spend the next hr attempting to find my previous post from a over a yr ago, with the calculations. Based on what was known from the filings.

Are they required to go on record with everyone or just the Israeli officials?

It has worked out well for them with retail. They tell SHs absolutely nothing. And in turn SHs speculate there's a huge reservoir that has been discovered. Unfortunately the stock got tossed from the Nasdaq. The Tutes don't speculate, and the PPS is sitting at 0.20.

They had performed a 2D prior. It wasn't blind. After the results of the latest drill, they then decided to perform the 3D

What was the reason Brown gave for not performing 3D, and instead rely on only 2D? Answer: He said it was too expensive. So a dry hole was drilled for $20M+, and then suddenly 3D wasn't too expensive. The Brown gang does everything backwards. The result was drilling another dry hole.

Caring usually isn't a requirement to be publicly traded

Then we agree. Insiders in a Microcrap oil scam could care less. It's not a requirement that they care. The gravy train of salaries has lasted over 10 yrs without one drop of oil revenue. No reason why it can't continue to pay salaries for the next 10 yrs, without a single drop of oil revenue.
