Anyone can file a patent for free if it is labeled a New Drug Application for covid-19. But it has to pass as a covid-19 New Drug Application, which is NOT THE SAME AS A NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement)
In order to do so, you must also file an FDA application as well.
Now it is in "patent pending" status with "more information required" before it can be processed.
If this does not happen, it will be rejected or denied.
