I'd have to request a whole new tally to be accurate. It's quite difficult to say if people are still holding the same positions as did 2 weeks ago, given the constant temptation to take profits.

Taking ANY profits below high teens is crazy, but people do stupid things. Like investing in UPDA, for one.
