UncleBilly, The SEC is seeking “Disgorgement” from TCA, which means TCA may have to return money, shares, accounts receivable, etc. that were acquired illegally. JMHO

TCA is still a secured creditor and also hold substantial unsecured credit. They may not be allowed to define the plan, but it will still go through them.

Can you tell me if there is anything in the filing today that proves without doubt that the shares are being preserved ?

Or is it still an open issue ?

At the end that’s the only thing that really matters for shareholders and the only risk holding.
