I would have guess by now the stock would be like .02 cents at least but its going the opposite direction

Can someone explain to me why?

To think I was about to slap the ask for a few million in the low .006s.....glad I waited. Just before the order went in, I saw some serious sized blocks hitting the bid and dropping the price fast. Now I see PAUL is @ .0055 with no end in sight. I think I will wait this out and see what is really going on here before dipping my toe back into this one.
