If you look you will see that the link you put up says "These are the current petitions"... a Petition is for him to become the Custodian of those stocks... when he did the deal with AMECA Mining he filed for, and I quote, "Benjamin Berry has begun the closeout process with the Delaware courts to discharge as court appointed custodian." So its not the same thing...one is to become the custodian the other is simply to be released... two different forms.

Someone answered that question here about 10 days ago. There is a logical reason.
