This stock will trade in a pretty narrow range until the details are known. Logically...and the OTC is sparse on logic mind you...the conversion price will have to be set at or near current market prices. Too high above the market price and no one will convert. Too low and there would be instant conversions. The actual conversion price should be set a little above current market prices. Again...logically.
