Halberd can announce anything they please but it is not fact until ASU collaborates that fact. Until then this is a scam corporation with a doublewide on a foundation as the corporate headquarters.

Next comes the announcement they have "engaged" a large national lobbyist to "procure funding". Then the DOD and VA will be "engaged" and a national distributor agreement will be "in the works"

$1.4 million in a self touted research agreement is not going to get a product to market in our lifetime.

I have to agree. Even with his past history, this might turn into something big. As long as he doesnt dilute we should be in really good shape. His last stock Biei jumped to .50
