Ok here is what i know . Some of it not so good. Ali has hired a bunch of new attorneys and they are at a stand still. The government is doing what it can to fine him but i dont think he will ever do any jail time . I know this is not what we all wanted. A fine does nothing to help the share holders. I wish i had better news on this part but i think we are going to have to get used of him not going to jail. They one bit of good news is that i and some of the original people that bought in with our $5000.00 dollar investments way back when and some of the share holders on record have been approached, by a huge law firm in Atlanta that must be nameless at this point to go after not just Ali but all the members of the board. They want to sue them for all the cash and to get our patents back to us. To me this was where we were going to get some satisfaction and maybe to get our money back. When i know more will let you guys know. I will say this they were very impressed with the case that the government has against the board . Not just Ali. In my mind if all these people are sued some one will break and then testify for our side and spill the beans. This does not include Ron Carter I will keep you informed the more i know
