Great write up. Looks like your thinkiing PPS of $0.18. I’d take that. Holding half a million now that I’ve averaged down. $0.18 would give me a 100% return. I also do think you are high on cash burn. It’s my understanding that $100,000 that month was due to the lawsuit against them that was settled and covered by their insurance.

I have spoken on the phone with Gary Titus. He told me that cash burn is very minimal and that consultants are not billing monthly just to bill. I inferred from him that about 2 months ago they had between $1.5M to $1.7M.

I also agree that they appear to be setting this up for a Reverse Meger.

Titus also told me that they are in talks with an immuno therapy company but they are looking for more funding.

Let’s turn this into a SPAC. Not sure how to do that though. But SPACS are becoming all the rage.
