I think it's the hokey pokey. OTCM is in no hurry to lose membership fees, but it's clearly in their purview to do so. The phrase "in its sole and absolute discretion" appears 14 times in the OTCQB Guidelines.

But why take the risk?
Verifying the Company Profile is as easy as falling off a log.
All one has to do to get the TA to provide OTCM the Share Structure data is to pay their bills.

What could be the problem? Forget for the moment the jeopardy the Company might be putting itself in, why not just provide and verify the information because it's the right thing to do?
