Mr. Laken's past is not shocking to anyone whom has engaged in a bit of DD.

Also, something that would not be shocking to anyone whom has done some DD is the efforts that Mr. Laken has gone to to sustain $CMGO$.

Anyone whom views some offense towards Mr. Laken's past or to his current actions can easily choose not to invest in this ticker. It doesn't get any simpler than that.....
