Maybe but we don't know the extent of what they are doing since they went dark 5 years ago. Maybe it is a POS entity when there is energy projects all around the world even with larger countries that are developed and have their shit together. Either they should abandon the Balkans even if its the last backwards place with the most renewable energy potential left. These places or areas have less than a few million people this should not even count as a country.
Sorry for ranting and raving. I dont know why Falak is so focused solely on Kosovo and Albania when there are much better first and 2nd world countries available.
Your example is a prime example. Why not participate in the solar energy project in Dubai and its their own country.
