I discount this partially due to being an environmentalist group. Kosovo needs to keep their coal at 97% energy production. They are proposing a ban of all new hydropower plants in the future. I would not bet in that tiny anti hydropower plant country.
I have never been for wind because the wind turbines litter the natural beauty and dont generate electricity 24 7. They are used only when the wind blows which is not consistent enough to be a viable project. The only other option is solar energy. If they dont want to manage water flow of a river as Kosovo has serious water shortages then they should go solar only.
