MyApps is a great company, and a great fit for Progressive’s business expansion plan. But, it is useless for us at this very moment, if just by the deal itself. Wishful thinking means nothing in OTC. All we need is that firm S-1 statement. It will be so sweet and will bring so many sideline investors in this play. Yes, eventually they will file, I truly believe. But when? Wait for another two months after LOI is closed? Then what else? All investors can see at this time is debt and dilution. Such a precious opportunity for us to see a big jump in stock price cannot be so messed up by this great deal. It was a very very bold move from Armen.

Exactly. Not the way you operate if you plan on being unlisted. If they are actually planning to do so, not just line their pockets while screwing shareholders, they pushed back the process another 6m-1year.

A new CEO needs to find their footing before making a run of it.
