The only “valuation” that matters is what someone is willing to pay. The current MARKET value of the various debt instruments is shown in that table.

Even the second lien SECURED notes have a market value of pennies on the dollar.

Reality is going to hit hard here.

StilsawRule, do not forget the Debtors showed the JCP Online Business valued near zero and this could be monetized to between 3B and 5B but shown near zero value and this is just criminal in my view!
