Swan has warrants that expire in 2021 from the first round of her investments. And 2023 from the 2nd round (2023 is also when the sublicense ends, coincidence?). But somebody really needs to tell Swan her 13-D is materialy deficient as it lists both a conversion of Class C and Class D stock so until they get refiled it is nonconvertible.

Can you please explain what connection if any there is to Bioamber and VNTH? And what you mean by CUSIP glitch?

And if you have any info on these Swan Warrants please share.
