why do they continue to keep an office in Montreal? (the one they just moved from Suite 4110 to 4310 and recently updated the European Patent office of their change of address)
These are very strange actions for a defunct, U.S. corporation with no more business in Canada.

We should've formed a stockholder management group so many months ago, appointed a BOD and and forced them to come clean. We have the judge's OK to do so. ;-) Hindsight is 20/20
