You can speculate on whether he is telling the truth or not but he can't possibly be speculating. Maybe you were looking for a different word.
AMG - this is what bothers me.... with a man of his caliber and tenured that he is with all his previous accomplishment, why has he not delivered on those partnerships. I know the elephant in the room is the number of shares out and i wonder if that will come back to haunt us.
