So, basically, this director was here in the old days, more than 15 years ago (2005) and now he is with Copernican Capital of the UK. This shell is of a former UK company. Hmmm... I'm sure that Mr. Berry of Synergy Management knows all this. The reason this jumped today is that Mr. Berry has filed petitions in the Colorado courts for custodianship of this shell and 1 other. And he usually gets what he requests.
