That pipeline has no development. Bios don't get bought for an undeveloped pipelines. Based on Nasrat's history, he might would sell the product but not the whole company, and if he sold that product, it would be for pennies or nickels.

So that takes us back to nothing worth buying. The sole hope of a buyout really rests on the presumption that Nasrat has to sell the company to get out? I think it's just as assumption that he wants to get out. Also an assumption that he has to sell if he wants out. He could just give day to day control to someone else, stay as board chairman, and keep his money parked in Elite shares.
