No they don’t and they are current and not a sec filer. Try again with the speculation

That's all speculation. This is not getting suspended. GEGP caught up on all SEC filings and was in constant communication with them to clean the shell before withdrawing from reporting.


We will wait and see what happens with the new ownership but they appear to have something planned and I'm hoping it's worth the wait.
