I don't think Kim would be the CEO but more of CFO, IR or financial/ business services role for NILA. Kim works for Triage Micro Cap and is a CFO or IR consultant for a couple different companies ie BKRP, HIGR, GRPX etc. Some big companies w/ big market caps!
Either way, still nice to see someone with experience coming in and providing immediate direction! And honestly, I don't see many potential RMs coming into the market like this as a STOP OTC company.
