IMO, they are trying to prevent triage, who gets premium treatment and who gets sent home to die.
IMO - This will affect ZNOG and its effort to get Crew, Drill rig etc in place and drill, which IMO will affect PPS
as I said in a couple of months we can look at the charts and see if i was right or wrong,
