My intent was to inform people of what i think

So was mine.

but Covid19 has not helped many Energy ticker's this year

Which has nothing to do with Covid in Israel, or hindering the ability of real oil companies to operate elsewhere in the world.

The problem for a real energy stock is Covid has impacted oil demand as the global economy went into recession. As in price of oil for their product. ZNOG has no oil to sell. Doesn't matter if the price of Brent goes down. It doesn't impact their oil revenue, because there is no oil revenue.
