SEC can only suspend for two (2) reasons and they are:

1) deliquescent filings
2) fraud

Guess what, this POS fraud scam isn't a filer so they can't be late ;-)

Really? Im all for optimistic reads here given Im long, but that kick in the balls 3 weeks ago and the subsequent baseball bat in the balls on Wed was because of fraud.
