Fraudulent 8-Ks are filed every day. Joseph Frontiere is a serial scammer and the SEC suspended the stock - so LRDG is no longer a SEC filer - that means the 8-K filed isn't vetted by the SEC - and is an old pumpers trick to dupe novice investors.

The 8-K is meaningless.
