Dude Stop. Lazar deals in OTC tickers. Did you also go to the UBER board and ask if the 50b+ market cap is justified? People trade custodianships, trading on the filings and material events.At he end of the day some traders prefer to hold a free or close to free position in the new company as a lotto play. You here knocking Lazar tickers, or any custodianship play is comical.

Learn how to make money trading custodianships then you can spend your time attempting to discredit/bash some other OTC tickers, of which 90% + are fraudulent.

Maybe go back to the PTAH board and see if you can hit 3000 posts by the end of the month.
