spur, it is my understanding that the delay until Q4 was requested by
CLX in order to include another company into the merger, which I
presume means more negotiations and RED TAPE. Also, there is the possibility that OTHER entities might be added. Someone expressed the idea
that adding more players now could be simpler than after this merger is completed. Don't forget that this is an INTERNATIONAL enterprise, therefore
the red tape must be several feet thick.
