IMO , I think it was a genuine attempt to take advantage of the upcoming STNT purchase that would have offered (new RSHN) shares to the holder's of STOP DROPS. it would have refuced the share volume also IMO.
Very Astute Observation,, I noticed in over the last two years 3.7 Billion shares are being held and for some very suspicious reason the entire O/S is being locked up and held at the DTC... Never seen that ever... was that ordered by a judge I mean why volunteer to lock up all your shares in the DTC??? To me going to be one hell of a Short BURNING FESTIVAL here if no shares available for the shorts to cover as required...
