Text of that 9/2/20 PZOO email is below. To see the heading, signature and contact information that that email came with please PM me, again I believe it's free to do that tomorrow afternoon. I do this limited posting only out of respect to the executive who has been kind enough to write me multiple times. No one has ever told me not to publicly display it.

I wrote wondering if PZOO was going to submit a SEC Form 15-12B (https://www.investopedia.com/terms/s/sec-form-15-12b.asp)

Thank you for reaching out. We are aware that the SEC has been more aggressive in seeking financial reporting compliance. We are working hard on becoming current. With regard to the possibility of becoming a non-reporting company, at this time that is not an option due to our current contractual obligations with certain debt holders. Additionally, in order to file to become a non reporting company, Pazoo would first need to be fully reporting. When we get to that point we will be looking at all options."
