On a positive note, maybe the one and only positive I can find, the MACD is about to turn positive.

That is normally a sign that a stock will turn higher. But with MITI nothing is assured due to the endless dilution and lack of company IR, news, and overall aggressiveness when it comes to increasing shareholder value.
