Wrong ...due the 14th ..14th is 45 calendar days from the end of the quarter...They can actually file an extension one business day after they are due ..meaning they would still be in good standing if they opted for and filed the extension on the 15th but that would that could actually buy them till the 21st Considering they would actually be due the 19th which is a Saturday so the extension goes to the next business day which is Monday the 21st ...With all that being said they can actually file the extension and just use less than five calendar days to reveal them
