It is not correct. I have made many 4 digit trades (on other stocks). I can understand why you may think that but is very possible for you to even make that type of trade.
On another note....notice that ALPS was on L2 today and we had another after hours T Trade? Someone seems to be slowly offloading their shares
If we don't get any news updates soon, might see under $0.10 again. But I believe there will be a few people willing to average down if we see below $0.10 so I don't expect to see that for too long.
