I can't because I'm not in the medical or pharmacy fields. I could do it for a production line piece of machinery. Someone within Progressive Care, however, should be able to write a detailed specification of exactly what the software needs to be able to do. It would then be the responsibility of the software team to write a program (or series of modules) that would meet the spec.
