This makes no sense. Nothing came today except what we already knew which is Simon plans to buy JCP stores. This changes absolutely nothing unless I’m missing something. Honestly it’s looking more and more like Lambert’s attempt to save Sears and him leaving shareholders behind by creating a Newco.
