Of course not! Why did you say that, mick? RGDXQ has been trading at 0.0015 ~ 0.0077 in the past one year! At 0.0020 x 0.0034 now. It has been performed very well most recently since no more 0.0015 ~ 0.0019 sales for a while! It is doing much better than its CH11-CLEAN-shell peer OEDVQ!

I think it is a waiting game for a CH11-CLEAN shell to be acquired or to be taken over like what happened to its CH7-CLEAN-shell peer (XNNHQ)...
