5 cents would be 150 million. 3 cents would be 250 million. Highly doubt more than that is diluted.

They’re still a few months away from closing this so we’ll see where the pps is at deal close. We’re reaching a tipping point here where the price could go either direction depending on how the company acts in the coming days/weeks with the S-1

I also think this is where Mars is missed. Need someone in there who can really explain the long-term value of this acquisition especially given WE the shareholders are literally paying the price. I’m not expecting Armen or “Jay” to do a smallcap interview anytime soon.
