Dude tell me what has changed? Everyone knew Simon was buying stores. That’s no secret. There is still no security for commons still far as I can tell. Prove me wrong but I see nothing that changes the fact that commons are not protected at all. They have already said they plan for JCP to come out as a different company. So if that is true this will be like Lambert buying Sears and leaving shareholders in bankruptcy.
