NSPX is fully SEC reporting. They told the investment community that they curtailed operations in February 2018 and operations remained curtailed.

Companies that are out of business do not need regular updates other than those required SEC filings.

They will issue all 150 million shares to satisfy warrants to Sabby and a few players and whoever the character is that issuing shares which are sold on to the market to unknowing naïve people just to get your money and then they’ll do another reverse split and repeat the process that’s all this is.
I think some people here find it hard to believe that someone would sell you worthless shares just to take your money
