Could be. Could also be that it was the first piece of good (any!) news for over 18 months and presented the opportunity to get some action going and make some short term money. With continuing silence from the Company, the drift downwards was inevitable. By the way, it was the Appeal Court which put the major permits into abeyance. We are waiting on the MN Supreme Court to overturn that decision.
