Hey pal...cell in box uses 1/3 the normal dose of ifosfamide

Hey pal, from the

Sticky post

Oooh 1/3 the usual dose. Well, then how about Glufosfamide, the latest analog of Ifosfamide, which has 1/4 the toxicity of Ifosfamide. And it doesn't need any magic cells to convert it. It goes in by active transport (via passive diffusion for Ifosfamide), and gets converted inside the cancer cell to its active form. Not only that it's active under hypoxic conditions, where Ifosfamide is not. Glufosfamide is currently in Phase 3 CT testing for 2nd line patients.

Imagine that a drug which when used at a dose of 4.5 gms/m2 has the same toxicity profile as Ifosfamide at 1.12 gms/m2.

cell in box can stay in body for up to 2 years and produces no immune response...

Unproven in humans, and neither does it matter for 2nd line PC patients. They don't survive that long.

cell in box has already been proven to work as per previous phase 1 trials...

Per the Baxter drug insert provided the other day at a dose of 1 gm/m2 partial remissions are observed in less/equal to 33%. And is considered ineffective by that criteria. Lohr observed in his ad hoc so called Phase 1 study, 14% for partial remissions. As in failure.

cell in box has shown promise in treating diabetes and brain cancer...

False statement. Provide links. The brain cancer scam angle is the most hilarious one for PMCB. One can just imagine having CIABs inserted on the surface of the brain (veggie time for the patient?), and then afterwards have a skull plug previously drilled out, reinserted. Need more THC to convert? Na, don't increase the oral dosage. Instead remove that skull plug again, and squirt some in. ROTFLMAO!
