It's not that difficult Slingwing1. First you fill in Phoenix and then you fill in Reyes. As of 09/04/2020 he works there.

The VA does not conduct clinical trials period. When you search the VA for Reyes it turns up nothing so Reyes must not work for the VA. Do a search of their providers and it turns up nothing, zip, nada. Here is your link.
