O/S is 27 million on the OTC. If you are using the 436 million foreign share figure ($210 million in revs divided by 436 million foreign shares) you need to multiply the resulting .48 PPS by 16 to adjust to the 1:16 ratio in the ADR ($7.68 x your multiplier).
