When u go to brick n mortar you go maybe 1-2 times a week they send u home with exercise homework to do for the rest of the week or more then come back to see progress and possibly give you a new subscriber exercises. I’m sure after surgery’s the patient only want to move his injury 2 days a week for 25 min to get back on track your Ridiculous if you don’t think that people have been doing exercises subscribe by physical therapist for years now it will be monitored regulated and submit it to insurance. So yea u will and have been giving yourself PT with or without Phzio. Your awesome bro
