A PR before filings will probably just be a fluff PR about the work being done to go current... this feel like nothing more than Hans trying to appease noisy impatient shareholders to get off his back.
Expecting nothing of substance that will add to natural shareholder value... like revenues from his private companies and what is being brought in..
I wonder if the announcement is about a funding deal ... because that's the only reason you go public... for capital.
If so , I hope its friendly and not too abusive to a great SS.
