#322663 RE: KMBJN #322652

I guess that you feel that the terms briefing package and meeting package are interchangeable and that you feel the answer to my question (Do you think that the Pre-IND meeting request is what the Company was describing in today's press release as a "briefing package"?) is "yes".

Thanks for the link. I hit "Back" on the page and watched some of the video, which turned out to be an example of a pre-IND meeting requester. I had seen it before, probably in the days of the B-OM EOP2 meeting. Interestingly the speaker says that the FDA's goal is to respond to the request within 21 days and hold the meeting in 60 days....or respond to questions in writing. IPIX could also request that answers be in writing versus face-to-face.

The link is worth a look by interested investors, both for what appears at the page provided and before and after that page.

But I must tell you that while it seems obvious that IPIX's "briefing package" and your linked "Meeting/briefing" package both refer to a pre-IND meeting request, I'm not totally convinced of it.

"the Company will be submitting a briefing package shortly to the FDA in preparation for our planned clinical study of Brilacidin for COVID-19"
I just wish that had said that the Company will be submitting a briefing package along with a meeting request to the FDA shortly in preparation for our planned clinical study of Brilacidin for COVID-19".

Always the skeptic :o)
