So what do share holders get if you've read the 8K I haven't had time to look through the dockets to much or the 8K
I thought I read that the company buying them out were going to buy their assets for 115 million and pay off their debt, but not sure its hard to understand all the muble jumble if that is the case then they'd have 135 million after the buy-out
